Our Response to COVID-19
This outbreak has altered our way of life in unimaginable ways! We are doing everything in our power to maintain the health and safety of our customers and our staff.
Only essential team members are present at our warehouse to handle order processing in a timely manner to all our customers. We have implemented extra safety measures in our warehouse to disinfect all orders before being dispatched. Our customer service and social media team members are stationed at home offices where they are ready to answer all your questions and order related queries.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
We are continuing to ship all orders in a timely manner without any delays to all our customers and have extended the return period to 30 days instead of the usual 7 days period. Please allow 3 business days after receiving your returned order to be quarantined before one of our team members can process your return.
