Exchange (International)

If you change your mind about any items purchased you can return them to us (except grooming products, pierced jewelry, items on SALE, accessories, SWIMWEAR, SUNGLASSES or any other item that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons)

You can return the product within 5 days of delivery for an Exchange or Refund in store credit.



• the items are unworn and unwashed
• the items have all The Kript tags attached
• you take good care to avoid the transfer of make-up

When you return your order, just pop your returns note in the parcel with the following details marked on it:

  • Your order number
  • Which items you’d like exchanged or store credit
  • The new size or color you’d like of the items to be exchanged


Regular priced Items bought on will gladly be exchanged within 5 days after receiving the order. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. It must not be worn, altered or damaged. All tags must be attached when returned. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SALE ITEMS, ACCESSORIES, SWIMWEAR, SUNGLASSES CANNOT BE EXCHANGED. In the event of an exchange, shipping and handling charges of returned merchandise are on the client's expenses. Taking notice that we ship back your new item on our expense.

If you would like to exchange an item, we highly recommend that you purchase the replacement size or item prior to sending back the return and we will issue you with an e-Gift Card if you haven't used the full amount of payment.

Refund in CASH

• We do not allow any refunds at this time. Exchanging items is only acceptable.

We are sincerely sorry to hear that there was a manufacturing fault with your garment!
Unfortunately, we do experience manufacturing faults with our garments on rare occasions which we cannot control.

In the case of a manufacturing fault we are more than happy to replace the item for you for one that is in tip-top condition :)

1. Please email customerservice@thekriptstore with photos of your faulty item, your invoice number & full name
2. After shipping back the item at your local post office, please send us a picture of the bill and we will refund your payment to cover your postage cost.
3. Item must be sent back to The Kript within 21 days of receiving the postage label.
4. Our team will inspect the garment and process either a replacement or a refund or 120% credit note if the item is no longer available.
